The Ocean Shipping Reform Act (OSRA) requires that lines provide
public, electronic access to their tariff filing
systems. Nordana offers such access provided below procedures are followed.
General
◊ Nordana's tariff is maintained at Descartes,
tel. 877-786-9339.
◊ Tariff service company provides the user with a user-friendly
environment.
◊ Tariff service is offered electronically by internet/web browser access.
◊ Alphabetical commodity and other searches criteria is available.
◊ Only current tariff data is maintained; no historical data is available.
Schedules of Charges
◊ User access: $100/day or $500/week(7 days), day is one calendar day
(12:00am-11:59pm).
◊ Tariff access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
